Select California Postcards

This collection features original antique and vintage California postcards documenting distinctive subjects, uncommon formats, and visually striking regional themes from the late nineteenth through the mid-twentieth century. These cards reflect the diverse ways California was promoted, interpreted, and experienced during periods of expansion, tourism, and cultural change.
