Printed during the 1910s, this illustrated Christmas postcard features Santa Claus presenting a decorative proclamation scroll framed by a border of holly leaves and red berries.

The vertical composition shows Santa in a bright red suit leaning against a large parchment-style announcement reading A Proclamation Maynus Christmas to all of you in ornate multicolor lettering. A dense holly border surrounds the entire card, reinforcing the seasonal design with vivid green leaves and berries typical of early embossed holiday postcards. The stylized proclamation format gives the card a theatrical and ceremonial appearance distinct from more common Santa chimney or toy-delivery scenes of the period.
