This embossed 1910s Christmas postcard depicts Santa Claus carrying a decorated evergreen through a snowy birch forest while a young girl watches from behind a tree trunk.

Printed during the 1910s, this holiday postcard combines embossed surface textures with soft winter color palettes characteristic of Saxony Christmas production. Santa wears a long red fur-trimmed robe and carries a tree decorated with hanging ornaments and candle clips, while the child appears in a green coat, striped stockings, and white bonnet partially concealed among the snow-covered birch trunks. The sparse woodland setting, oversized tree forms, and Best Wishes greeting create a more atmospheric composition than standard fireplace or toy-filled Santa scenes of the period.

The reverse features an undivided back format with Printed in Saxony attribution and publisher markings along the left margin. Embossed detailing remains visible throughout the tree ornaments, robe folds, bark textures, and raised holiday lettering, contributing strong dimensional character to the overall design.
