This 1940s Cuba, Missouri postcard features the Wagon Wheel Cabin Court located on U.S. Highway 66 along the east side of town during the formative decades of Route 66 travel.

Cuba developed as a well-known Ozarks stop for motorists moving between St. Louis and Springfield, with cabin courts offering individual units arranged around landscaped grounds.
